This time of year can often really mirror where we feel a bit stuck, stagnant, held-back and otherwise sluggish in our lives and in our bodies. Ugh! What’s the best thing to do? Keep moving! As my good pal Nina used to say, “Use it or lose it”.
Lots of folks have been inquiring lately how many Colonics I recommend and whether or not a single Colonic does any good at all. Here’s what I tell them: Any Colonic is better than no Colonic. Seriously. This is not something that has to feel like a new full-time job in order to benefit you! I’ll use a tried-because-it’s-very-true analogy. When was the last time you had a slump in your exercise routine? Happens to the best of us. And once you finally get out and go for that walk, or run, or yoga class you immediately feel better right? You don’t need six yoga classes to feel the self-love and physical relief of getting your butt on the mat and stretching and breathing - you feel the goodness right away. Same with checking out Colon Hydrotherapy. If your gut is telling you this would be a good thing for you to do, your gut is probably right. Don’t overwhelm yourself with the idea of possibly needing a series of Colonics before you’ve even experienced your first one. Stay in the moment and follow your gut. Your colon wants to move, and it’s telling you so.
If I waited for the sun to shine day after day before I got my body moving, I’d still be in a cranky, achy-breaky slouch making a third cup of coffee. Instead I got up this morning and got moving.
